Deliveries throughout Ireland are charged at a flat rate of €6.50 and are sent by courier, you will be supplied with tracking information.

USA and Other Destinations
Delivery by registered post are charged at a flat rate of €25
It is advisable that somebody should be at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery – think about using a work address or your mum's house if you’re not in!
Delivery Times for your Jewellery
Our jewellery is made by hand and we are working hard to keep all items in stock. However, at busy times there may be a short delay on some items while we are in the workshop! If your purchase is urgent please send us a note and we can advise on the best possible lead time for delivery. In all cases we will work to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible.
Our 30-Day ‘No Quibble’ Guarantee means that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, unused with all labels intact and attached to the product within 30 days of completing your order.
It is in our interest that you are super happy with your purchase but if, for whatever reason, you are not entirely satisfied and wish to return an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know why – or pick up the phone and call us on (025) 31214. We are always happy to hear what you to have to say and to improve upon our service as best we can.
Note: We will only refund the costs of your return postage in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or has arrived damaged.
Simon Barber Jewellery is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us, so for your own protection we recommend you use a signature required delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the value of your return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
